  • Once reservation is completed, we must receive a 30% credit card deposit before vehicle is considered fully reserved. Deposits are nonrefundable- transferable. Balance is due 2 weeks prior to the reservation date. If no payment is received, we will charge the guaranteeing credit card in full.  If you have prearranged to pay the balance in Credit card, you must pay the balance prior to the service being rendered. An authorization hold will be charged on the guaranteeing credit card for the total amount due and will be released once payment is made. Hold disappearance varies depending on cardholder's account. It may take up to 7-10 business days. 

  • The client is entitled to cancel the service without incurring any penalties within 48 hours of making the booking. However, deposits and any payments made are non-refundable. If the client decides to cancel after this initial period, a 30% charge of the contracted services will be applied to the credit card on file. In case the reservation is not canceled at least 2 weeks before the service date, the credit card on file will be charged for the full amount. If the reservation is made within 2 weeks of the service date, full payment is required, and the service becomes non-cancelable and non-refundable.

  • The client is fully responsible for any vehicle damage or special clean-up resulting from negligence or carelessness by any member of their party. This includes damages such as burns, vomiting, scratches, stains, broken stemware, windows, mirrors, and more. In the event of any damages, the client agrees to make payment to RM Exclusive Luxury Limo Service or its authorized agent promptly, either at the time of the incident or upon completion of the service. If the credit card provided for additional charges is unable to be charged, the client commits to settling the incurred damages within 5 business days. Throughout the rental duration, the client assumes complete financial liability for any harm caused to the limousine by themselves or any member of their group. Additionally, the customer is responsible for any fines imposed, which are assessed per occurrence as follows: Smoking/Burns: $200, Vomiting: $200, Special Cleanup: $200, Stemware: $25, Food: $200. Any other damages not specified will be assessed and quoted by the office.

  • If the vehicle is not booked for other runs, the client may have the option to extend the service for additional hours. Any additional services required will be the client's responsibility, and payment must be made at the time the services are provided. Please note that unused time will not be refunded. Additional charges for fuel surcharges, tolls, and parking are not included in the stated rate and will be billed to the credit card on file at the conclusion of the service. In case of overtime, any extra time will be billed in hourly increments based on the contracted hourly rate.
  • All vehicles in RM Exclusive Luxury Limo Service Fleet are designated as non-smoking vehicles. Additionally, food and glass beer bottles are not allowed inside the vehicles. Please note that we do not assume responsibility for lost, stolen, left, unattended, or forgotten belongings in the vehicle at any time during the client's use or afterward. To ensure safety, standing through the sunroof or in the aisles of moving buses is strictly prohibited. Furthermore, no weapons are permitted in any of RM Exclusive Luxury Limo Service vehicles. We enforce the following prohibitions: no person under the age of 21 may possess or consume alcoholic liquor, engage in disorderly conduct, possess any drug paraphernalia, unlawfully possess a firearm, discharge a weapon or firearm, hurl projectiles from the vehicle, commit indecent exposure, litter, or unlawfully possess or use cannabis or any controlled substance.

  • It is our policy not to allow visibly inebriated individuals onto our vehicles unless the next stop is either the point of origin or the final destination. Any violations of City of Chicago ordinances will result in the involvement of local police.

  • Within Chicago city limits, the use of alcoholic beverages in our vehicles requires the presence of a security guard on board. Alcohol on board can only be allowed with prior arrangements made for a security guard. Decisions regarding service termination will be at the sole discretion of the company and/or its employees/representatives. In the event of service termination, no refunds will be issued for unused time. If the safety of passengers or the driver is compromised or if these rules are violated, RM Exclusive Luxury Limo Service and its drivers reserve the right to terminate service immediately without any refund. The driver may also terminate any trip without refund in the case of blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s).
